This study investigates how the integration of real-time data analytics can enhance organizational agility by improving decision-making, process flexibility, and innovation. A qualitative research design was employed, using semi-structured interviews with 21 professionals from diverse industries. Participants were selected through purposive sampling to capture a wide range of experiences with real-time data analytics implementation. The interviews were conducted online, and data were analyzed using thematic analysis with the help of NVivo software. The study adhered to theoretical saturation, ensuring that data collection continued until no new insights emerged. The study identified several key themes related to the integration of real-time data analytics and organizational agility. Participants highlighted the importance of implementation strategies such as pilot testing and training programs, as well as the need for organizational readiness, including infrastructure upgrades and leadership support. Real-time data analytics was found to significantly improve decision-making speed and accuracy, foster better collaboration, and empower teams through data-driven autonomy. However, challenges such as data overload and resistance to change were also noted. Additionally, real-time analytics facilitated rapid innovation and increased process flexibility, contributing to greater organizational agility. The findings suggest that real-time data analytics plays a pivotal role in enhancing organizational agility by enabling more informed, timely decisions, promoting innovation, and improving responsiveness to market changes. However, organizations must address challenges such as data overload and resistance to new technologies to fully capitalize on these benefits. The integration of real-time analytics, when aligned with organizational goals, can drive significant improvements in both operational and strategic agility.
